"Lilypad", Fused Glass Bowl #619 with Stand, Shades of Light Green on Clear with Dichroic Accents

"Lilypad", bowl #619, has a pattern of concentric rows of cream colored dots on pale green drip layers. The underlying layers were created by dripping water methodically onto glass powder that was sifted onto the base glass, creating directional troughs and runnels.  Each layer was fired, and then the process was repeated several times with more layers of glass powder. The bowl has a matte finish, a curved shape with embellishments of sparkly dichroic glass. It has been carefully fired multiple times and annealed in the artist's computer controlled kiln for greatest strength and beauty, and is hand signed and numbered. The acrylic stand is included with the artwork.
